With Out of the Box Recruiting, you customize your account. Upon submitting your requisition to our staff, you will also fill out an order form placing all available options for posting your jobs. We do not leave you hanging, as you are given all kinds of information for every posting site: Cost, Cross-Posting, etc. Along with that information, our personal recommendation is also included for your ultimate success.


How does it work?
Simplicity is one of our selling points. The cost of posting is dependant on two variables: The sites you post on, and how many jobs you are posting. The more jobs you post, the better price you will receive. All posting sites are different, but our fee never changes. For every job we post, a fee of $10.00 is added to your final bill. That's it. Simple isn't it?

What can you expect?

• A detailed monthly report of your jobs, where they are posted, and when they expire.
  
• Your jobs are submitted and posted within 24-48 hours after we receive them.
  
• A contact you can go to at anytime to add more jobs, remove jobs, and edit the jobs you have posted.
